The Chosun University Industry-University Cooperation Foundation (Director Choi Han-cheol) announced on the 1st that it had signed a business agreement (MOU) with LCM Energy Solutions to foster professional technical personnel in the field of secondary batteries and applications.


The main contents of the agreement include △joint research on secondary battery application convergence research in connection with industry-academy such as battery process technology through the establishment of a joint research center △establishment of an industry-university cooperation program △linking employment through the development and operation of courses to nurture professional manpower.

조선대 산학협력단은 LCM에너지솔루션과 2차전지 및 응용분야 전문기술인력 양성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다.

The two institutions plan to cooperate with each other to promote exchanges with local businesses and to enhance the role and function of local universities.


Director Choi Han-cheol said, “This business agreement is the starting point for universities and industries to contemplate and work together on future technologies and talents to nurture key talents who will lead the development of next-generation secondary battery technology.”


Son Chang-woo, head of LCM Energy Solutions Headquarters, said, “Use the opportunity to strengthen competitiveness in the secondary battery market through collaboration with Chosun University as a stepping stone to build a foundation to support and nurture talented people who will lead the battery industry, which can serve as an opportunity to develop together. I will do my best,” he said.
